Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data

At Optik Panel, we exercise the utmost care regarding the security and confidentiality of your personal data. With this awareness, we process the data of our Users who register on our Platform and benefit from our services under the conditions set out below.

1. Identity of the Data Controller

The Data Controller is the Optik Panel brand and the commercial entity to which it belongs, operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and whose contact details appear on our Platform.

2. Your Personal Data Processed and the Purposes of Processing

In order to provide our services, the following categories of data are processed:

Identity and Contact Information: First name, last name, email, phone number (for membership operations and communication).
Special Categories of Sensitive Data: Your customers' prescription information, diopter values, and health data (to provide optical management, which is the core purpose of the service).
Financial Data: Current accounts, collection and payment records (for accounting tracking).
Transaction Security Data: Log records, IP addresses, and login dates (for system security and legal auditing).

3. Data Retention and Security

For the security of your personal data, it is stored on modern cloud infrastructures (Firebase/Google Cloud) with 256-bit SSL encryption and advanced access controls. Your data is retained until the statutory periods expire or until your membership ends. To protect the confidentiality of medical data, our system operates on the principle of "Data Isolation"; no dealer can access another's customers or data.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your data is never shared with third parties or advertisers unless required by law (judicial authorities, SGK audits, etc.). Under the data processing agreements made with our technical infrastructure providers (server services), data may flow solely for operational purposes.

5. Your Rights

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

To learn whether your data is being processed.
To request information if your data has been processed.
To learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with that purpose.
To request the correction or deletion of your data.
