Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") set out the conditions of use for the software, website, and mobile applications (the "Platform") provided by Optik Panel (the "Service Provider"). Every person who registers on or visits the Platform (the "User") declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Optik Panel is a cloud-based management system that provides optical stores with inventory tracking, prescription recording, customer management, and financial reporting tools. The Service Provider reserves the right at any time to make updates, change features, or discontinue certain services on the Platform.

• The User is personally responsible for the security of the passwords used to log in to the Platform.
• The accuracy and legality of all data entered into the system (prescriptions, customer information, etc.) are the responsibility of the User.
• In the event that third parties' personal data is processed through the Platform, the User undertakes that they have obtained the necessary consents from the relevant individuals.
• In the event of misuse of the system, reverse-engineering efforts, or cyberattack attempts, the User account is terminated immediately and legal action is initiated.

Optik Panel is a management tool. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the medical data (prescriptions, etc.) entered into the system, or for the outcomes of operations carried out in light of such data (lens cutting, lens delivery, etc.). The software is provided "as is," and no guarantee of 100% uninterrupted service is given; however, the utmost effort is made to ensure system stability.

5. Intellectual Property

The design, code structure, logos, and all algorithms used in the Platform are the property of Optik Panel. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for any other commercial purpose without the written permission of the Service Provider.

6. Pricing and Cancellation

Membership packages are billed at the intervals specified on the Platform's pricing page. The User may cancel their membership at any time, effective from the next period. Retroactive refunds are not made unless there is a technical malfunction.
